Article 18 (Prohibition of Employment by Unauthorized Employers)

Foreign workers are, in principle, prohibited from being sent to work at other companies through outsourcing, subcontracting, or dispatch arrangements.

Article 43 (Penalties)

Any person who violates this provision may be subject to imprisonment for up to three (3) years or a fine of up to KRW 30,000,000.
